    Day 1

    Chennai - Kanchipuram - Tiruvannamalai
    Approx. 220 km / 5 hrs
    On arrival at Chennai, meet your driver and proceed to Kanchipuram, one of
    South India's most important temple cities. Visit Ekambeshwarar Temple and
    Varadharaja Perumal Temple. Later continue to Tiruvannamalai. Upon arrival,
    check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit Arunachaleswarar Temple, one of the
    most sacred Shiva temples in South India.

    Tiruvannamalai - Chidambaram - Kumbakonam
    Approx. 280 km / 6 hrs
    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Chidambaram. Visit Thillai
    Nataraja Temple. Continue to Kumbakonam. En route, visit Airavatesvara
    Temple. In the evening, visit Adi Kumbeswarar Temple and Sarangapani
    Temple.
    Overnight stay in Kumbakonam. Hotel: Madhanam Inn / Similar

    Kumbakonam - Tanjore - Trichy
    Approx. 150 km / 3 hrs
    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Tanjore. Visit
    Brihadeeswarar Temple, also known as the Big Temple. Later continue to Trichy.
    In the evening, visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Srirangam and
    Jambukeswarar Temple.

    Trichy - Rameswaram
    Approx. 240 km / 4-5 hrs
    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Rameswaram, one of
    India's most sacred pilgrimage destinations. Visit Ramanathaswamy Temple,
    Agni Theertham and Pamban Bridge.

    Rameswaram - Tiruchendur
    Approx. 230 km / 4-5 hrs
    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Tiruchendur, an
    important coastal pilgrimage town. Visit Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Temple.

    Tiruchendur - Madurai
    Approx. 180 km / 4 hrs
    After breakfast, proceed to Madurai, one of the oldest living cities in India and a
    major centre of Tamil culture. Visit Meenakshi Amman Temple and Thirumalai
    Nayakkar Mahal. Optional visit to Azhagar Kovil can be arranged subject to time.

    Madurai Departure
    After breakfast, transfer to Madurai Airport as per flight schedule.
