Morning visit to the legendary Taj Mahal — the world’s most celebrated monument of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan.
Continue toward Mandawa in the heart of the historic Shekhawati region.
Shekhawati is often called the “Open-Air Art Gallery of Rajasthan.” During the 18th and 19th centuries, wealthy merchant families built magnificent painted havelis, caravanserais and fortified mansions here while trading across commercial routes connected to the Silk Route networks of Central Asia.

Morning exploration of the enchanting fresco town of Mandawa.
Walk through narrow desert lanes lined with beautifully painted merchant mansions known as havelis. Their walls are decorated with intricate frescoes depicting royal processions, Hindu mythology, colonial influence and scenes from the prosperous trading era of Rajasthan.
Mandawa flourished during the great caravan age when traders transported silk, spices, precious stones and textiles between Rajasthan, Delhi and Central Asia. The town became an important stop along historic commercial corridors linked to the Silk Route.
Visit hidden courtyards, carved wooden doors, old watch towers and traditional archways that preserve the atmosphere of old Rajasthan. Camel carts, desert architecture and ancient merchant houses create a unique open-air museum experience.
After sightseeing, drive back to Delhi.
